Sean Hooper

Mr. Hooper’s practice focuses on representing public school districts in special education and disability law matters at the administrative level and in court, as well as student discipline. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Hooper served as a Special Education Coordinator, where he oversaw special education instructional services and served as the district’s special education representative for feeder schools. In this role, he worked closely with campus administration and staff to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, while also representing the school district in ARD meetings. Mr. Hooper was responsible for developing and delivering professional development sessions related to special education for campus and district administrators, teachers, and staff. Mr. Hooper collaborated closely with parents, educators, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and the successful delivery of special education services.
