Mr. Knop’s practice includes the representation of educational institutions and governmental entities in litigation, as well as employment, civil rights, general school law, and real estate. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Knop’s practice focused on general civil litigation, which included contract review and negotiation, contract disputes, real estate disputes, foreclosures, landlord/tenant law, construction disputes, probate and will contests, commercial and residential lease negotiations, along with other various legal matters. Mr. Knop previously served, and was deployed, as a Sergeant in the Texas Army National Guard before receiving an Honorable Discharge.
