Ms. Holub is an experienced employment law attorney with a demonstrated history of working in the human resources industry, as well as in litigation. She has over twenty years of experience representing private employers and governmental entities with issues involving Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and Equal Pay. Before joining the City of Houston as a Senior Assistant City Attorney, Ms. Holub maintained her own law practice focusing on the representation of both public and private sector employers in all forms of labor, employment and civil rights matters. She also acted as an employment law consultant for over a decade, advising clients on personnel policies related to workplace violence, wage, hour and PTO, in addition to drafting and revising employee handbooks and manuals. As Of Counsel to the Firm, Ms. Holub’s current practice includes labor and employment, policy development, open government, investigations, and trainings.
