Camisha L. Mitchell

Ms. Mitchell’s practice includes the representation of educational institutions and governmental entities in litigation, as well as employment, civil rights, and general school law. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Mitchell practiced in the area of insurance defense, representing employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters. Before pursuing a legal career, Ms. Mitchell served as a writing teacher, grade-level chair, and content lead with KIPP Texas, giving her firsthand insight into the legal and operational issues faced by public schools and their administrators.
