Our lawyers are abreast of and able to advise our clients on the unique challenges involved in procuring, negotiating and implementing contracts for technology services, equipment and infrastructure. We frequently assist clients in reviewing and revising technology contracts to best protect our client’s interests, and are experienced in enforcing contractual remedies and warranties against technology vendors. The Firm is able to guide clients through the use of technology grant funds, E-Rate compliance and technology equipment leases/financing. Additionally, the Firm is adept at drafting acceptable use policies and helping clients navigate issues that arise concerning student and employee use of technology on and off campus.
