Mr. Henry’s practice includes the representation of educational institutions and governmental entities in litigation, as well as employment, civil rights, and general school law. Before joining the Firm, Mr. Henry gained significant practical experience through law clerk and legal internship positions in both private practice and public-sector settings. As a law clerk, he assisted with complex civil litigation matters, including legal research, drafting briefs and motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. His prior experience also includes serving in the Office of General Counsel at Texas Tech University, where he researched and analyzed matters involving university policy, contracts, regulatory compliance, and institutional agreements.
