Pam Kaminsky
Partner
Ms. Kaminsky represents public school districts in special education and disability law, student discipline, and Board governance. Her experience includes navigating due process hearings, ARD meetings, and mediations, as well as managing responses to Office for Civil Rights and Texas Education Agency complaints. Additionally, she advises school boards on issues including policy development and frequently conducts professional trainings for schools and various organizations throughout Texas. Before joining the Firm, she served as in-house counsel, advising the Board of Trustees, the Superintendent and District personnel on a wide range of legal matters.
