ADAM D. COURTIN

Mr. Courtin’s practice includes the representation of private and public sector clients in matters involving all forms of labor, employment, and civil rights matters.  Mr. Courtin is admitted to practice before all Texas Courts, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, and U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Courtin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stephen Wm. Smith, United States Magistrate Judge, Southern District of Texas.  Mr. Courtin was also an associate attorney at the Debes Law Firm where he practiced employment law.

G. MATTHEW LUECKENHOFF

Mr. Lueckenhoff’s practice focuses on real estate and construction-related legal matters, including the development of construction contracts, purchase and sale agreements and other related documents.  Mr. Lueckenhoff began his practice at Sheets & Crossfield P.C., located in the Austin area, where he gained experience in commercial real estate development and the representation of government entities, including municipalities, counties, road districts and water supply corporations.

Education and Honors
Mr. Lueckenhoff received his B.A. in Government from the University of Texas in 2003, and his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2007.  While in school, Mr. Lueckenhoff was the Developmental Editor of the Alabama Law & Psychology Review, Secretary of the Bench & Bar Legal Honor Society and recipient of the Dean’s Community Service Award.

STEPHANIE E. MAHER

Ms. Maher's practice includes the representation of public and private sector employers in labor, employment and civil rights matters. Ms. Maher's practice also focuses on representing public school districts in matters at both the administrative level and in litigation, with a particular focus on special education matters. Ms. Maher is admitted to practice in Texas and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Texas. Prior to starting with the Firm, Ms. Maher served as a law clerk to Justice Harvey Brown of the Texas Court of Appeals, First District.

Education and Honors
Ms. Maher graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Texas in 2007 with a B.A. in History and Plan II Honors. She received her J.D. from Baylor Law School in 2010, graduating cum laude. While in law school, her team placed first in the Strasburger & Price Moot Court Competition and she participated in the Order of the Barristers.
