Ms. Tucker’s primary practice is representing school districts in special education and disability law litigation.  Her experience also includes representation of school districts in ARD meetings and mediations, preparing response to TEA Complaints and drafting Shared Service Arrangement Agreements.  She was admitted to the Texas bar in 2003.  She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.

She received her preparatory education from Texas A&M University (B.S., 1993; M.Ed. with emphasis in special education, 1996); and her legal education from South Texas College of Law (J.D., 2003).  Ms. Tucker was also on the South Texas Law Review, Dean’s List and received the American Jurisprudence Award.  Ms. Tucker is a member of the Garland Walker Inn of Court and Texas Council of School Attorneys.
